摘 要:以水杨醛和苯甲酰乙酸乙酯为原料,哌啶作催化剂,利用Knoevenagel反应合成了3-苯甲酰基香豆素,为该类化合物的合成提供了一种新的方法。与常规方法相比,利用此反应可以得到较高产率的3-取代香豆素,并且该反应反应条件温和,反应时间较短,产物后处理简单。3-苯甲酰基香豆素可以作为荧光探针对谷氨酸和谷胱甘肽进行检测,研究结果表明,3-苯甲酰基香豆素与谷氨酸和谷胱甘肽作用后,发生了明显的荧光减弱现象和荧光红移现象,这对于识别谷氨酸和谷胱甘肽具有很好的使用价值。3- benzoylcoumarin was synthesized by Knoevenagel reaction for reacting salieylaldehyde with ethyl benzoylacetate, and using piperidine as a catalyst, which provided a new method for the synthesis of these compounds. Higher yield can be obtained using this method. The mild reaction condition, the short reaction time and the simple separation of product are more satisfactory. The 3-benzoyleoumarin can be used as a fluorescent probe for detecting the glutamate and glutathione. The results showed that the fluorescence was weakened obviously by mixing 3- benzoylcoumarin with glutamate and glutathione and the marked red shift was occurred. It will have excellent application value to recognize glutamate and glutathione.
