摘  要:首次建立了中药假蒟中微量金属元素的微波消解-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析方法,并对其重金属健康风险进行评价。以王水为溶样试剂,用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定试液中20种金属元素含量,表明假蒟中大部分金属元素的含量分布为:根>茎>叶。各元素的检出限在0.0027~0.0447μg/m L之间;加标回收率为88.3%~104.4%;本方法的相对误差和相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)分别为0.33%~5.26%和0.55%~6.68%。靶标危害系数方法计算结果显示其重金属元素的THQ值均小于1。A method for determination of trace metal elements in Piper sarmentosum Roxb. with microwave digestion by ICP-OES and health risk assessment was established for the first time. The samples were digested with aqua as the digestion solution, the sample solutions were analyzed by ICP-OES after microwave digestion. The results showed that the content of most metal elements in Piper sarmentosum Roxb. were as follows: roots〉stems〉leaves. The detection limit of elements, was 0. 0027 -0. 0447 μg/mL, the recovery rate was 98.5% - 102.4% , the relative error and relative standard deviations ( RSD, n= 11 ) of elements were 0. 33% -5.26% and 0. 55% -6.68% , respectively. Health risk assessment of heavy metals elements in the roots of Piper sarmentosum Roxb. by target hazard quotients showed that the THQ values were less than 1.
