摘　　要："互联网+"时代的学术交流模式具有网络化、渠道多样化、系统开放化和研究者主导权更大的特点,学术期刊必须适应交流模式的变革,转变成具备媒体融合传播能力的科研服务平台和方案解决提供者。学术期刊编辑要基于网络化工作环境,通过工作业务全程上网、学者型编辑定位、数据挖掘和处理能力培养、新媒体融合应用等途径,提升编辑职业核心能力。In ＂Internet＋＂ era, scholarly communication channel is more diversity, more by Internet and more opening, and the researchers have more domination. Therefore, academic journal will transform into solution provider of academic information service. Academic journal editor also should cultivate and improve professional competencies by working on Internet, aiming to be scholar-editor, cultivating data mining capability, and integrating all kinds of media.
