品管圈对降低静脉留置针非计划性拔管率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈（QCC）在降低神经内科住院患者静脉留置针非计划拔管中的临床效果.方法 成立品管圈小组,确定活动主题,对静脉留置针非计划拔管展开调查,分析原因,针对原因设定目标,实施相应对策,比较品管圈应用前、后的效果.结果 开展品管圈活动后住院患者的拔管率明显降低,由实施前的74.53%降至38.46%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 品管圈活动降低了留置针拔管率,减轻了患者的痛苦,减少了患者的费用,提高了患者的满意度,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the effect of quality control coil （QCC） in reducing the unplanned extubation rate of in- travenous indwelling needle in neurology hospitalized patients. Methods The QCC was established and the theme was built up, We investigated current status of non-planned extubation of intravenous indwelling needle, analyzed the factors, set up the the goals, made out the corresponding measure and compared the unplanned extubation rates before and after QCC. Re- sults After QCC activities, the unplanned extubation rate decreased from 74.53%% to 38.46%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The QCC activity reduces the unplanned extubation rate, alleviates the suffering of patients, improves the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of popularization.
