摘　　要：目的检测初诊类风湿关节炎(RA)患者血中25-羟基维生素D(25-OHD)水平,并探讨其临床意义。方法收集70例初诊RA患者及70名健康对照者的血清,测定其25-OHD浓度,并分析与RA患者临床、实验室资料的相关性,采用Pearson相关性分析。结果 RA患者血清25-OHD水平较健康对照组明显降低[(22±7)ng/mL与(28±8)ng/mL,t=-4.57,P<0.01];25(OH)D水平分别与RA患者关节压痛指数、DAS28评分呈负相关。结论 RA患者血清25-OHD水平显著低下,与RA疾病活动性相关。Objective To determine the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25-OHD]in rheumatoid arthritis（RA）patients and to assess the association of 25-OHD with clinical presentations.Methods 25-OHD levels were detected in 70 cases with RA and 70 healthy controls.The correlation of the clinical and laboratory data in the rheumatoid arthritis group was analyzed using the correlation analysis of Pearson.Results The 1evels of 25-OHD were lower in the RA group than that in the control group;Negative correlation was detected between 25-OHD levels and the swollen joint count and DAS28 score.Conclusion Low 25-OHD 1evel could be found in patients with RA.Negative correlation is detected between 25-OHD level and disease activity.
