摘　　要：秦山二期液位控制器主要应用于RPE(核岛疏水排气系统)的地坑,用于控制地坑泵和电机的启停,从而达到控制地坑液位排放的目的。主要的型号为UQK-66型浮球液位控制器,UQC-01G磁性液位控制器和MAGNETROL公司的液位开关。本文主要阐述了UQK-66型浮球液位控制器,UQC-01G磁性液位控制器和MAGNETROL公司的液位开关的原理以及这3种液位控制器在调试和运行期间出现的问题和解决的办法。通过这样的简单描述,希望给应用这样开关的电厂一些建议。Luquid controller of The Second QinShan Nuclear Power Plant is mainly used in RPE （nuclear hydrophobic exhaust system） .It is used to control pit pump and motor start and stop, so as to control the liquid level of the discharge of the pit. The main model for the UQK-66 type float level controller, liquid level switch UQC-O 1G magnetic liquid level controller and MAGNETROL company.This paper mainly introduces UQK-66 type floating ball level controller, liquid level switch principle UQC-01G mag- netic liquid level controller and MAGNETROL, and the 3 clock in the liquid level controller that occurs during the commissioning and operation problems and solutions .Through such a simple description, we hope to give some advice on the application of such switches.
