摘　　要：低真空保护是汽轮机的一项重要保护,而国内引进型机组低真空保护大多采用单或双管路由凝汽器引入在线试验块的方式,后通过压力控制器进入ETS系统,不仅不符合重要保护可靠性设置要求,且该方式真空漏泄故障点多,保护误动的机率极高,有必要对此保护系统进行改造。通过对原有的低真控系统压力控制器取样方式及功能进行调整,便可使机组低真空保护满足二十五项反措中相关重要保护设置要求,保证机组低真空保护的可靠性。Low vacuum protection is an important protection of steam turbine, But domestic imported type Steam turbine low vacuum protection mostly use Single or double pipe condenser into routing online test block, Enter the ETS system through the pressure controller, Not only does not meet the requirements of important protection reliability settings, And This way vacuum leak fault points, Very high protection misoperation probability, Be necessary Protection system Reform.
