摘 要:工业废水与生活污水经过污水厂处理后转变成污泥,污泥因含有大量有机物而储有大量的能量,单独焚烧处理困难较大。为了保护环境、节约能源,设想将污泥与煤混燃,并对污泥与煤混燃过程中含铁和含硫化合物的演变进行化学热力学计算和模拟。结果表明城市污泥与煤混合后的含铁和硫矿物为水铁钒、白铁矾和黄铁矿;污泥混煤燃烧在1 500℃左右出现Fe_3O_4(Ⅰ)和FeO(Ⅰ),会导致生产中设备结渣;燃烧过程中硫酸盐矿物发生分解生成SO_2气体,会产生设备腐蚀问题。课题立足于微观层面,旨在研究污泥混煤燃烧过程中微观化合物的转变,为污泥混煤燃烧中污染物排放方面问题的解决提供一定的依据。Industrial wastewater and domestic sewage have been transformed into sludge by sewage treatment plants,which contain a large amount of organic matter and energy. In order to protect the environment and save energy,it was designed to mix the sludge with coal for combustion,and the evolution of iron and sulfur compounds in the sludge and coal blending process was calculated and simulated. The results show that the urban sludge mixed with coal containing iron and sulfur minerals are szomolnokite,rozenite and pyrite. Fe3O4(Ⅰ)and FeO(Ⅰ)in sludge mixed coal combustion occur at about 1 500℃,which would lead to the equipment fouling. During the combustion process,the formation of SO2 generated from the decomposition of sulfate minerals will corrode the equipment. Based on the micro level,this paper aims to study the transformation of microcompounds in the combustion process of sludge mixed coal,and provide a basis for the solution of the problem of the pollutant emission in the combustion of the sludge mixed coal.
