摘 要:建立一种快速准确的离子色谱法同时测定环境水样中痕量的ClO_4^-、ClO_3^-和ClO_2^-。该方法基于Dionex ICS2100离子色谱仪,采用亲水性强的Ion Pac AS20阴离子分析柱,选用KOH淋洗液,以1.0 mL/min流速梯度淋洗。研究结果表明,待测样品中ClO_4^-、ClO_3^-、ClO_2^-含量低于100μg/L时,进样量为300μL,在1~100μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数>0.999 8,检出限为1μg/L,加标回收率为94.15%~96.91%,相对标准偏差≤3.43%。待测样品中ClO_4^-、ClO_3^-、ClO_2^-含量高于100μg/L时,进样量为25μL,在100~1 000μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数>0.999 1,检出限为10μg/L,加标回收率为91.30%~96.28%,相对标准偏差≤0.59%。该方法简单快速,可满足EPA推荐的饮用水中高氯酸盐限量质量浓度(1μg/L)检出要求,同时重现性好、回收率和准确性高,具有重要的应用价值。A quick and accurate ion chromatography method was developed to determine trace level ClO4-,ClO3- and ClO2-in environmental waters. This method,which was based on Dionex ICS2100 ion chromatograph with strong hydrophilic Ion Pac AS20 anion column,measured water samples using KOH at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min by gradient elution. Results indicated that if the concentrations of ClO4-,ClO3- and ClO2-were less than 100 μg/L,the injection volume was 300 μL,this method had a well linear correlation among 1~100 μg/L(r^20.999 8)with the detection limit of 1 μg/L,the recoveries of 94.15%~96.91% and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)≤3.43%. If the concentrations of ClO4-,ClO3- and ClO2-were more than 100 μg/L,the injection volume was 25 μL,this method also had a well linear correlation among 100~1 000 μg/L(r^20.999 1) with the detection limit of 10 μg/L,the recoveries of 91.30% ~96.28% and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)≤0.59%. Specially,comparison of other methods indicates that this method is simple and fast,especially can meet the ClO4-detection demand of USEPA recommendation's drinking water standard of 1 μg/L. Furthermore,this method would be used in many fields with the advantages of well reproducibility,high recovery and accuracy.
