平度市粮食生产效率与乡村旅游发展研究

摘　　要：选择国家优质商品粮生产基地——山东省平度市为研究样本,利用综合评价法,在粮农成本数据的基础上构建了粮食生产效率评价指标体系并分析了平度市粮食生产效率动态变化趋势。在此基础上,利用相关分析法测度和分析了乡村旅游发展与粮食生产效率的相关性。结果表明:乡村旅游发展对粮食生产效率呈现出高度正相关性;在商品粮产区通过大力发展乡村旅游来增加农民收入,不但会使粮农提高生产投入和粮食单产水平,而且会大大改善粮食生产的土地环境,使稀缺的粮食生产资源得到可持续利用,达到保障国家粮食安全的目的。Using the comprehensive evaluation method, this paper constructed evaluation index system of grain production efficiency and analyzed the change trend of Pingdu grain production efficiency. Based on the grain cost data and for the case of Pingdu which was the national high - quality commodity grain production base. this paper measured and analyzed the correlation between rural tourism development and food production efficiency on the basis of the correlation analysis method. The results showed that the development of rural tourism had a high positive correlation with grain production efficiency. The main grain producing areas should develop rural tourism in order to increase farmers＇ income. It did not only make the farmers to investment to production so as to greatly improve the land environment, and the scarcity resources of food the production would be sustainably used, so as to achieve the purpose of ensuring national food security.
