摘 要:以高锰酸钾和氯化锰为原料,采用室温液相氧化还原法制备新生态二氧化锰。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、比表面积(BET)和傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)表征二氧化锰的形态结构。以新生态二氧化锰为催化剂,在室温、常压、无光照条件下对甲醛气体进行催化氧化试验,测试了甲醛处理的净化率及重复使用性能。结果表明,新生态二氧化锰为无定型Mn O2,具有较高比表面积和有序介孔结构的类球型,粒径分布在1 000~2 500 nm之间;新生态二氧化锰对空气中甲醛具有良好的催化氧化活性和重复使用性,催化2 h后,甲醛浓度为0.05 mg/m3,有效净化率达到99.76%,符合GB50325—2010相关要求且重复使用性较好,重复使用10次以上仍具有较好的甲醛净化率。The fresh manganese dioxide was synthesized at room temperature liquid with phase redox of potassium permanganate and manganese chloride. The morphology of fresh manganese dioxide was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersion spectrum(EDS), brunauer emmett teller (BET) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde gas was carried out at room temperature and normal pressure without illuminatio, then it tested the purification rate and reuse per- formance of formaldehyde treatment. The results show that the prepared fresh manganese dioxide had amorphous and ordered mesoporous structure, with like sphere and higher specific surface area. The particle diameter was about in the range of 1 000-2 500 nm. The fresh manganese dioxide exhibited good catalyticactivity and reusability for the formaldehyde gas oxidation. The formaldehyde purification efficiency reached 99% when the formaldehyde gas had been treated for 2 hours, whichmeets the demand of GB 50325--2010, which can be used repeatedly more than 10 times still has a good rate of formaldehyde purification.
