摘  要:纺织品在贮存过程中,由于包装材料(含BHT)与含氮氧化物反应,产生酚黄变,在柔软整理过程中,柔软剂中因含氨类物质而引起织物酚黄变,不同类型柔软剂影响织物酚黄变等级,影响纺织品使用性能。文中探讨了柔软整理剂、抗酚黄变剂种类和用量、p H值及整理工艺对锦氨混纺织物酚黄变的影响,测定并分析了酚黄变等级和手感。结果表明:选用低氨类、离子性弱的柔软剂与抗酚黄变剂TF-6237C复配整理剂对织物进行整理,当抗酚黄变剂TF-6237C的用量为5~10 g/L、硅油柔软剂为20 g/L、p H值为5~7时,酚黄变级数为4.5~5.0级,蓬松性及手感较好,既能有效改善酚黄变效果,又能保证柔软剂手感以及稳定性。In the process of storage of textiles, the reaction of the packaging material (including BHT) and the nitrogen oxides can result in the phenol yellwing, in the softening process, ammonia compounds in softener can cause the Phenol yellowing, and different types of softener also affects the phenol yellowing and also affects the use of textiles performance. In this paper, the effects of various factors on the yellowing of potyamide and spandex blended textiles, such as softener, type and dosage of anti-yellowing agent, pH value, finish process were dis- cussed, and it also tested and analyzed the phenol yellowing grade and hand feel. The results show that: using low ammonia value and weak ionic softener combining with anti-yellowing agent TF-6237C can improve the phenol yel- lowing appropriately when the dosage of the phenolic yellowing agent TF-6237C and silicone softener is 5-10 g/J and 20 g/L respectively, pH value is 5-7, with the phenol yellow grade is 4.5-5.0, and the puffiness and hand feel are better, wich can effectively improve the effect of phenol yellowing and can guarantee softness and stability.
