肝动脉药物灌注栓塞术治疗肝癌的护理策略及效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨肝动脉药物灌注栓塞术治疗肝癌的护理策略及效果。方法回顾性分析在我院接受治疗的60例肝癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均给予肝动脉药物灌注栓塞术治疗,根据护理方法的不同将患者分为对照组和干预组,各30例。对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组患者给予整体护理。比较两组患者的并发症发生情况、护理满意度及护理前、后的生活质量评分。结果干预组患者的并发症发生率为6.7%,明显低于对照组的26.7%(P<0.05)。干预组患者的护理满意度为93.3%,明显高于对照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的生活质量评分均优于护理前,且干预组患者生活质量评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌患者给予肝动脉药物灌注栓塞术治疗,并配合相应的临床护理方法,能够有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量及护理满意度,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To investigate the nursing strategy and effect of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in patients with liver cancer. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with liver cancer treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were treated with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization, and they were divided into control group and intervention group according to different nursing methods, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was treated with holistic nursing. The incidence of complication, nursing satisfaction rate and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of complications of the intervention group was 6.7%, which was lower than 26.7% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the intervention group was 93.3%, which was higher than 70.0% of the control group（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the quality of life scores of the two groups were better than those before nursing, and those of the intervention group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization treatment combined with corresponding clinical nursing methods in patients with liver cancer can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, improve the patients＇ quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction rate, which is worthy of wide application and popularization.
