摘　　要：以阿比朵尔为先导化合物,设计合成5-羟基-1H-吲哚-3-羧酸酯类衍生物。以乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料,经加成、Nenitzescu环合,脱酯、酰化、加成和Mannich反应得到目标化合物。目标化合物经核磁共振氢谱及质谱确证。Tosynthesize some derivativesof5-hy,droxy-lH-indole-3-carboxylicesterhydrochloride using arbidol asleading compound. Using acetoacetate as startingrnaterial,the target compound was obtained by there action of addition,Nenizescu,deester,acylation, additionand Mannich.Results：the target compound was confirmed by NMR and MS.
