摘 要:电解二氧化锰过程中会产生大量有毒有害的废水,不仅包含了各种金属离子如Cr^(6+)、Mn^(2+)、NH_3-N,还包括了具体的有机物等,如不进行有效处理将会对环境造成严重的污染,鉴于废水中Cr^(6+)、Mn^(2+)、NH_3-N有明显的回收利用价值,如何进行循环利用变废为宝,具有明显的经济和环境效益。文章从电解二氧化锰产生废水的来源出发,综述了电解二氧化锰生产废水目前常用的处理技术,分析各种处理技术的具体特性和发展潜力,并且对今后的电解二氧化锰生成废水处理技术的发展动态进行了展望。Electrolytic manganese dioxide process produces a large amount of toxic and harmful waste water, which not only contains a variety of metal ions such as Cr^6+, Mn^2+,NH3-N,but also includes specific organic compounds.It will cause serious pollution to the environment without effective treatment.It is well known that Cr^6+. Mn^2+ or NH3-N in wastewater have great value of recycling due to obvious economic and environmental benefits,so how to recycling waste to treasure effectively is very meaningful.This study reviewed the current commonly used electrolytic manganese dioxide wastewater treatment technology from the sources of electrolytic manganese dioxide production wastewater.The specific characteristics and the development potential of the various processing techniques were also analyzed.Finally, the dynamic development of electrolytic manganese wastewater treatment technology in the future is prospected.
