摘　　要：目的:研究壮医药线点灸合手法按摩治疗乳痈郁滞期的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者分为2组,治疗组使用壮医药线点灸合手法按摩;对照组采用热敷联合手法按摩疗法。结果:治疗组疼痛评分、结块大小评分明显降低。经统计学检验,两组间治疗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:本研究采用壮医药线点灸合手法按摩治疗乳痈郁滞期安全、有效,与对照组比较优势明显。Objective：To study clinicaleffect ofmedicated thread moxibustion of Zhuang medicine（MTMZ）combined massage in the treatment of mastitis stagnation period.Methods：60 patients were divided into 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine,while the control group was treated with hot compress combined with massage therapy.Results：Compared with the control group,the scores of pain and lump size were significantly lower in the treatment group.After statistical test,the difference of treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：This study adopts the mtmz combined massage is safe and effective in treating acute mastitis stagnation period.Compared with the control group.
