摘 要:为了探讨水厂中水体的异嗅物质的浓度变化规律与各级水处理工艺之间的关系,以便为水厂更加有效地去除水中的异嗅味提供依据,本研究利用固相微萃取-气质联用(SPMEGC/MS)技术测定珠江三角洲某市水厂A和水厂B的各级水处理工艺流程中的5种异嗅物质:土臭素(GSM)、2-甲基异茨醇(MIB)、2-异丙基-3-甲氧基吡嗪(IPMP)、2-异丁基-3-甲氧基吡嗪(IBMP)以及2,3,6-三氯苯甲醚(TCA)的浓度,探讨水体产生异嗅味的原因与主要异嗅物质,并分析水厂各级水处理工艺对主要异嗅物质的降解效果。结果表明:1)异嗅物质普遍存在于自来水厂的水体中;2)MIB、GSM和TCA是水厂A和水厂B水体中的主要异嗅物质,这3种异嗅物质占了异嗅物质总含量的95%~99%;3)水厂A和水厂B中的水体产生异嗅味的原因是由微囊藻属、颤藻属藻类以及以死藻为食的放线菌等微生物的分泌物和胞外物质所致;4)水厂常规工艺对异嗅物质有一定的去除效果,但去除率较低且效果不稳定。In order to study the source of odor and taste in water plants,and the relationship between the odor and taste compounds' concentration variation law and treatment process at each level,and to provide the basis for effective removal of odor and taste compounds in water,this study used solid phase microextraction-Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry(SPME-GC/MS) technique to detect the concentrations of five most common odor and taste compounds of Water Plant A and Water Plant B in a city of Pearl River Delta. The five most common odor and taste compounds are Geosmin(GSM),2-methylisoborneol(MIB),2-isopropyl-3-methoxypyrazine(IPMP),2-isobutyl-3-methoxypyrazine(IBMP)and 2,3,6-trichloroanisole(TCA).According to the main odor and taste compounds,this study discusses the source of odor and taste compounds in water plants,and analyzes removal effects of them in different treatment processes.Results show that:1)Odor and taste compounds are prevalent in the water of water plants.2)MIB,GSM and TCA are the main odor and taste compounds in Water Plant A and Water Plant B,which account for 95%~99%of the total odor and taste compounds.3)The main source of odor and taste compounds of these two water plants are microcystis,oscillatoria and actinomycetes that eating algae.4)The conventional treatment processes have a certain removal effect,but with low removal rates and unstable removal effect.
