摘　　要：总结了不合作患儿龋病治疗过程中使用开口器的护理措施。主要内容包括开口器的管理、呼吸的管理、体位管理、吸唾的管理、微小器械的管理以及禁食的管理、心理及行为管理。认为对接受龋齿治疗、使用开口器的不合作患儿实施合理、有效的护理、管理措施,有助于避免气道安全不良事件的发生,提升医疗质量。This paper summarizes the nursing measures of uncooperative children with saprodontia using mouth gag. The nursing measures in- clude the management of mouth gag, respiratory control, position management, management of saliva suction, management of tiny instrument, fasting management, mental management and behaviour management. We believe It is a great help to giving reasonable and effective nursing actions for uncooperative children with saprodontia using mouth gag, which can avoids the accident of airway security adverse event and im- proves the medical quality.
