胸腔诊刮引流术治疗脓胸的临床体会

摘　　要：目的 探讨胸腔诊刮引流术治疗脓胸的临床价值.方法 回顾分析27例脓胸行胸腔诊刮引流术治疗的疗效.结果27例患者术后均生命体征平稳,获得满意疗效,发热得到控制,胸闷、呼吸困难改善;经2~3周治疗,引流的脓液逐渐变为淡黄色.复查胸部CT及B超,脓液及脓腔消失.治疗总有效率为77.78%（21/27）.结论 胸腔诊刮引流术治疗脓胸有效、安全,值得临床推广.Objective To evaluate the clinical value of curettage and drainage of thoracic cavity in the treatment of empyema. Methods The prognosis of 27 patients who received the treatment of curettage and drainage of cavum pleurae for empyema were retrospective analyzed. Results Twenty-seven cases of patients reveived satisfactory curative effect with stable vital signs, clinical symptoms of fever, difficulty breathing and bosom frowsty were all relieved, after 2 to 3 weeks of treatment, pus fester was gradually change to pale yellow. Reexamined the chest CT and B-ultrasound, pus and pus cavity disappeared, the total effective rate was 77.78% （21/27）. Conclusion The treatment of pleural empyema with curettage and drainage of thoracic cavity is effective and safe, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
