摘 要:目的 探讨生理性海水配合常规药物临床治疗儿童鼻窦炎的应用价值.方法 将96例鼻窦炎患儿用双盲法分为对照组(给予黏液促排剂、抗生素、鼻渊通窍颗粒)和观察组(在对照组的基础上给予生理性海水喷鼻剂).比较两组患者治疗前及治疗3周、6周后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Lund-Kennedy评分和治疗总有效率.结果 治疗前两组VAS、Lund-Kennedy评分无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗3周、6周后,两组VAS、Lund-Kennedy评分均逐渐下降(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗3周、6周后的VAS评分低于对照组,治疗6周后的Lund-Kennedy评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05).结论 生理性海水配合常规药物能提高儿童鼻窦炎疗效,更快缓解头痛、流涕等症状,可在临床推广.Objective To discuss the application value of natural physiological sea water in the clinical treatment of chil- dren's sinusitis. Methods With the double blind method, 96 cases of children with sinusitis were divided into control group (given mucus promoting agent, antibiotic, nasal unobstructed granules) and observation group (given physiological sea water nasal spray on the basis of the control group). Visual simulation scores (VAS) and the Lund Kennedy scores before treatment, in the three weeks and six weeks after treatment of patients between the two groups were compared. Results There was no difference in VAS and Lund-Kennedy scores between the two groups before treatment (P〉0.05). For 3 weeks and 6 weeks af- ter treatment, VAS and Lund-Kennedy scores of both groups gradually declined (P〈0.05). When treated for 3 weeks, 6 weeks, the VAS scores of the observed group were lower than those of the control group; when treated for 6 weeks, the Lund Kennedy score of the observed group was lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The total effective rate of the ob- served group was higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Physiological sea water with conventional drugs is more effective to treat children's sinusitis, it can quickly relieve symptoms, such as headache, runny nose, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
