摘　　要：近部取穴是针灸处方中主要选穴原则,刘氏小儿推拿流派独创的胸、背、腹三大复式手法具有近部取穴之寓意。其特色的复式推治方法具有病所取位、点面结合,手法配伍、以推代针的特点,从而最大限度地激发特定经穴的作用,提高疗效,成为该流派除"推五经"外另一特色。从针灸近部取穴角度,论述刘氏胸、背、腹三大复式手法的特色与功效;阐释刘氏推拿处方中运用复式手法的重要性,其"病所取位""以推代针"的创新思维对推动小儿推拿流派的发展具有重大意义。Neighboring point selection is the major selected point acupuncture prescription principle, LIU＇s infantile tuina of the breast, back, and abdomen of the three major complex methods have the meaning of the neighboring point selection. The characteristic of the compound manipulation method is the combined of the local point selection, combined spots and surface, used on-the-point pressing and kneading and using finger presses instead of acupuncture, thus to maximize the effect of specific acupuncture points and improve the curative ef- fect. It is another feature of this academic school except the ＂push five meridian＂. This paper discusses the characteristics and functions of LIU＇s chest, back and abdomen fi＇om acupuncture point of neighboring point se- lection. It is of great significance to promote the development of the academic school of infantile tuina by the innovative thinking of ＂local point selection of the disease＂ and ＂using finger presses instead of acupuncture ＂ .
