摘　　要：小儿推拿疗法对儿科部分呼吸系统(肺)和消化系统(肠)疾病疗效显著。本文基于已有的研究成果,从呼吸系统与消化系统之间的中医理论印证、肠道菌群对两大系统功能的影响、小儿推拿对肠道菌群的改善作用三方面,论述小儿推拿疗效与调整肠道菌群功能密切相关,以此为小儿推拿治疗靶点,提供新的理论与临床依据。Infantile tuina has a significant effect on some pediatric respiratory and digestive diseases. Ou the basis of previous studies, this article discusses the close relationship between the therapy of massage and the function of gut microbiota in three aspects： the TCM theory of respiratory and digestive systems, the influ- ence of gut mierobiota on the two systems, and the regulative effect of massage on gut mierobiota. This article is expeeted to provide new theoretical and elinical foundations for the therapy of pediatric massage.
