子午流注穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察子午流注穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病(血瘀气滞证)的临床疗效。方法:选择我院120例神经根型颈椎病(血瘀气滞证)患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组A、B、C各30例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组A、B、C在常规治疗的基础上分别采取子午流注穴位按摩、中药熏蒸、子午流注穴位按摩联合中药熏蒸治疗,治疗2个疗程后根据症状体征积分变化和视觉疼痛评分(VAS)比较临床疗效。结果:治疗组C总有效率为96.7%,治疗组B为86.7%,治疗组A为83.3%,对照组为53.3%。治疗组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组C与治疗组A、B比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注穴位按摩结合中药熏蒸治疗神经根型颈椎病(血瘀气滞证)的临床效果优于单一子午流注穴位按摩或中药熏蒸疗法。Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acuprcssure massage combined with herb fumigation trcatmcnt on cervical spondylotic radicolopathy （blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome）. Methods： The 120 eases of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type （blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome） patients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation gruup A, B, C, 30 cases in each. Control group given conventional treatment, the treatment group A, B, C on the basis of conven- tional treatment respectively take midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage, Chinese medicine fumigation, midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage combined with herb fumigation treatment, each group of treatment 1 times a day, 10 days for 1 course of treatment, treatment alter two courses of integral change according to the symptoms and signs and visual pain score （VAS） compared the clinical efficacy. Results： The total effective- ness of observation group C was 96.7%, group B was 86.7%, the observation group A was 83.3%, and the con- trol group was 53.3%. Observation group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; Group C compared with group A and B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sions： Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupresstu＇e massage combined with herb fumigation in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy （blood stasis and qi stagnation syndrome） effect is better than a single midnight-noon ebb-flow acupressure massage or Chinese medicine fumigatiun therapy.
