摘 要:超声导波信号传输距离远,可以实现高效率,且检测精度高。以汽车上的点焊为研究对象,利用有限元方法,仿真建立了空气耦合超声产生导波的模型。通过空气耦合超声导波穿过点焊的超声信号,实现数据采集。由于导波中往往存在大量的模式,需要做波模识别。导波的多模式特点说明,导波可以经过很长的距离传播到结构中的任一点。最后,对大量采集的数据进行归类分析,掌握了在板材中和空气中波的存在形式,得出针对点焊的超声导波信号特征。The ultrasonic guided wave signal, for its long transmission distance could achieve high transmission efficiency and high detection accuracy. By taking the spot welding of automobile as the research object and with the finite element method, the model of guided wave generated by air coupled ultrasonic is established. Data acquisition is realized by using ultrasonic signal caused by ultrasonic guided wave passing through the spot welding. Due to that there exist many patterns in guided waves, wave pattern recognition is needed. Multimode characteristics of guided waves indicate that the guided waves could propagate at any point in the structure over a long distance. Finally, a large number of collected data are classified and analyzed, the existing form of the wave in the plate and air is grasped, and the characteristics of ultrasonic guided wave signals for spot welding also qcquired.
