摘　　要：无论是《天望》对"娜拉出走""身份认同"主题的升华,还是《天外》对身体与灵魂的双重追问及宗教、哲学之思,欧洲华人新移民女作家林湄以十年磨一剑的功夫打造出的这两部长篇小说,既凝聚着作家个人对人类命运的终极关怀,标志其创作心路的蜕变,同时也表征着新移民文学与此前留学生文学书写的不同质的变化,于边缘视角审视文明和现代人的生活困境,超越二元对立的对话立场,为华文文学提供了新的思想内涵、美感经验及文学书写形态。From a sublimation of the themes of＇ Nora leaving＇and＇identity＇in Looking at the Sky,to the question of bedy/spirit and religious and philosophical mediation in Beyond the Sky,Lin Mei created these two novels in ten years. They not only convey the author＇s ultimate con- cern for humanity,symbolizing changes in her writing,but also represent new features of literature by immigrants who write differently from Tai- wan overseas students＇ literature in the 1960s. They have provided new ideas and aesthetic dimensions for Chinese literature in the world.
