摘 要:【目的】分析基础学科期刊论文被引的分布特点,探究低被引论文区间的界定和评价方法。【方法】以科学引文索引(Wo S)收录的65种凝聚态物理学期刊(CMJ)的被引数据为研究对象,以统计学原理和文献计量学方法,比较分析h指数核心区、被引频次小于篇均被引次数论文,以及最低被引论文的累计被引频次为期刊总被引频次的5%,10%和20%区域内论文的被引特性,以此确定CMJ最合理的低被引区。【结果】CMJ整体零被引率仅为10%,可视为高质量的期刊集合。最低被引论文的累计被引达到总被引频次20%的区域和被引小于篇均被引次数的区域具有被界定为低被引区的统计学依据。零被引率、低被引率和低被引密度与传统评价指标IF、h指数、篇均被引次数以及可被引论文数、总被引频次不存在强相关性,满足作为独立评价指标的充分条件。【结论】由零被引率、低被引率和低被引密度构成复合指标Evel{rN0,rN x,rTci x}用于描述期刊的低被引特性;由h指数和特定区域内的篇均被引次数构成另一个复合指标Evel{h,Ci 20%,Ci cipp,Ci h}用于比较期刊的被引结构特征。研究表明期刊被引结构可以构形分类,而评价参数在不同被引区域有可能存在竞争优势;因此评价期刊的低被引情况要以分析被引结构为前提。期刊的综合评价应该使用多参数多维度指标。[Purposes] By analyzing academic journal paper citation distribution,the paper presents the identification of low-cited region of journals and the method of its evaluations. [Methods] By taking SCI Expanded data of 65 condensed matter journals( CMJ) in 5 yearsas an example,features of citation distribution for each journal were studied systematically. Paper citation higher than h-index,lower than citation per paper,and citation distributions in regions where the accumulated citations are bottom five,ten and twenty percent of the total citations respectively for a given journal were analyzed to identify an appropriate and reasonable low-cited region for each journal.[Findings] The ratio of non-cited journal is very low,about 10%. So the CM J can be considered as high-quality journals. Regions of accumulated citation which is 20% of total citation as well as regions of citation which is less than the citation per paper can be statistically defined as low-cited regions. There are weak correlations between the traditional evaluating parameters,such as impact factor,h-index,citation per paper,citable papers and total citation,and the newset of the parameters,including non-cited rate,low-cited rate,and low-cited density.[Conclusions] The newcomposite parameter Evel{ rN0,rN x,rTci x}which is based on non-cited rate,low-cited rate,and low-cited density,defines the performance of low-cited journals,while the composite parameter Evel { h,Ci 20%,Ci cipp,Ci h} represents configurations of journal citation distribution. The configuration of citation distribution may be analyzed in clusters. Different parameters may be competitive in different citation regions. For each journal,the low-cited evaluation should be analyzed based on systematic analyses on citation distribution. M ultiple dimensional evaluations can provide reliable comprehensive evaluation of each journal.
