摘　　要：目的了解潍坊市新诊断尘肺病例情况,为尘肺病防治工作提供建议。方法对潍坊市2012~2016年通过健康危害因素信息监测系统平台报告的尘肺病新发病例进行分析。结果 2012~2016年潍坊市新诊断尘肺患者589例,其中Ⅰ期571例(96.94%),Ⅱ期9例(1.53%),Ⅲ期9例(1.53%),矽肺和煤工尘肺443例,占75.21%,煤炭开采和洗选业新发尘肺368例,占62.48%。发病年龄以35~54岁最多(74.53%),发病工龄以10~29年为主(72.16%)。结论潍坊市尘肺病发病形势依然严峻,应根据病种、行业、年龄、工龄情况采取针对性预防控制措施。Objective To understand the features of new pneumoconiosis in Weifang city from 2012 to 2016 ,so as to pro vide scientific basis for its prevention and control. Methods Analysis was made on the new cases of pneumoconiosis in Weifang city from 2012 to 2016 reported by the platform of health hazards information monitoring system. Results A- mong 589 new cases of pneumoconiosis in Weifang city during 2012-2016 ,there were 571 cases of stage Ⅰ ,accounting for 96.94% of the total number of new pneumoconiosis cases,9 cases of stage Ⅱ ,accounting for 1.53% of the total number of new pneumoconiosls cases,9 cases of stage Ⅲ ,accounting for 1, 53% of the total number of new pneumoconiosis ca- ses. The new pneumoconiosis cases mainly included 225 silicosis cases and 218 coal workers,accounting for 75.21% of the total number of new pneumoconiosis cases. There were 368 pneumoconiosis cases in coal industry,accounting for 62.48% of the total number of new pneumoconiosis cases. Age of onset was centered on age from 35 to 54 years, accounting for 74.53% of the total number of new pneumoconiosis cases. Length of service was centered on age from 10 to 29 years,ac counting for 72.16% of the total number of new pneumoconiosis cases. Conclusion The pneumoconiosis incidence situ- ation is still grim in Weifang city. Appropriate measures should be adopted to prevent and control pneumoconiosis accord- ing to the distribution information of types, industries, ages of onset and service.
