摘　　要：校园文化建设是育人的重要途径,在大学生思想引领、素质教育、社会知识、精神品格、培育和践行社会主义核心价值观等方面具有潜移默化的作用,是引领校园风尚、服务大学生健康成长、提高大学生综合素质的重要手段。而高校共青团组织是加强校园文化建设的生力军和实现高校育人功能的重要力量,在以人为本、激活力量、假"物"育人、体现时代精神等方面发挥着对校园文化建设不可比拟的重要作用。Campus cultural construction is an important means of education. It has an imperceptible role in guiding the ideology of college students, quality education, social knowledge, spiritual virtues, and nurturing and practicing socialist core values. It is also the important means of leading the school fashion, serving the healthy growth of college students, and improving their comprehensive quality. The youth league organization is an important power in enhancing campus cultural construction and education. It plays an incompatible role in people-oriented culture, power activation, education through things, showing the time spirit.
