摘 要:采用硫酸水解MCC(微晶纤维素)制备了CNC(纤维素纳米晶体),并以此作为氧化淀粉胶粘剂的改性剂,着重探讨了CNC用量对该胶粘剂固含量、黏度和剪切强度等影响。研究结果表明:CNC有较大的长径比,并且仍具有纤维素的基本化学结构;当w(CNC)=15%(相对于淀粉胶粘剂质量而言)时,胶粘剂的固含量(为69.841%)和黏度(为3 900 m Pa·s)相对最大;当w(CNC)=20%时,胶粘剂的综合性能相对最好,并且剪切强度(为1.93 MPa)相对最大。A CNC( nano-crystalline cellulose) was prepared by sulfuric acid hydrolysis MCC (microcrystalline cellulose), then with CNC as modifier of oxidized starch adhesive, and the influences of CNC contents on the solid content, viscosity and shear strength of the adhesive were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the CNC has a larger ratio of length to diameter, and it has still the basic chemical structure of cellulose. The adhesive has the relatively maximal solid content (69.841%) and viscosity(3 900 mPa· s) when mass fraction of CNC was 15% in starch adhesive. The adhesive has the relatively best combination property, and its shear strength( 1.93 MPa) is relatively maximal when mass fraction of CNC was 20%.
