石嘴山市燃煤锅炉型煤研究

摘　　要：石嘴山市是煤炭工业城市,每年产生石灰废渣及其他相关固体废物约1000多万吨,以石嘴山市部分企业产生的石灰废渣、煤矸石、粉煤灰三种固体废渣作为固硫添加剂制备工艺优良的型煤,对其燃烧固硫特性进行试验研究,实验证明,与燃烧普通烟煤相比,添加钙镁复合固硫剂和煤矸石固硫添加剂的型煤样品燃烧后,颗粒物的排放浓度降低约20%,二氧化硫的排放浓度降低约25%。Shizuishan coal industry city, each year to produce lime slag and other related about 1000, ten thousand tons of solid waste, some companies in shizuishan limestone .slag, coal gangue, fly ash produced three kinds of solid waste residue as solid sulfur additive type preparation technology of fine coal, the experimental study on the solid sulfur characteristics, experimental results show that compared with common bituminous coal combustion, adding calcium and magnesium compound sulphur fixing agent and gangue solid sulfur additive type coal sample after burning, decrease the concentration of particulate emissions by 20% , decrease the concentration of sulfur dioxide emissions by 25%.
