中药消痤方治疗寻常痤疮前后T细胞亚群表达水平的研究

摘　　要：目的测定寻常痤疮(acne vulgaris,AV)患者中药治疗前后的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平,了解患者治疗前后的免疫状态改变。方法采用流式细胞仪检测100例寻常痤疮患者和60例健康对照组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平;采用相同的方法检测100例寻常痤疮患者服用中药消痤方6周后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群表达水平。结果寻常痤疮患者CD_3^+细胞数量低于健康对照组;寻常痤疮患者治疗后CD_3^+T细胞(总T淋巴细胞)、CD_4^+T细胞的数量均高于治疗前水平;尤其是治疗后CD_4^+T细胞的数量高于健康对照组。结论寻常痤疮患者存在免疫系统功能紊乱,中药消痤方治疗可以予以纠正。Objective To determine the expression level of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of patients with ache vulgaris （ache vulgaris, AV）before and after treatmentby traditional Chinese medicine, and to understand the changes of immune status before and after treatment. Methods The expression levels of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 100 patients with ache vulgaris and 60 healthy controls were detected by flow cytometry. And the same method was used to detect the expression lev- els of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 100 cases of patients with ache vulgaris after 6 weeks of treatment with Chinese medicine Xiaocuo prescription. Results The number of CD3 ＋ cells in patients with ache vulgaris was lower than that in healthy controls. After treatment, the number of CD3 ＋ T cells （total T lymphocytes）and the number of CD4 ＋ T cells in patients with ache vulgaris were higher than those before treatment. Especially after treatment, the number of CD4 ＋ T cells was higher than that of healthy controls. Conclusion The function of the immune system disorders exist in patients with ache vulgaris, andthe treatment of traditional Chinese medicine -Xiaocuo prescription can make it corrected.
