基于改进集对分析法的期刊等级变化态势研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]期刊等级是权威机构对期刊质量的认可,是学者们选择发表和阅读前沿学术成果的参考标准。因此,期刊等级的变化态势研究对机构研究和提高期刊等级具有十分重要的作用。[方法/过程]为了研究期刊等级的变化态势,文章选用集对分析法分析期刊评价指标的结构关系,为了克服主观因素对指标权重的影响,文章采用熵权法对指标权重进行分析。[结果/结论]实证结果显示:等级较高期刊的等级总体态势较好,多数呈上升趋势,等级较低的期刊大多数呈下降趋势。部分等级期刊的一阶负数而二阶偏度为正数,期刊上升和下降趋势起伏不定,变化趋势不明朗。最后,运用熵权和集对分析法对期刊进行的排名与权威机构进行的期刊排名大致相同,说明集对分析法可以对期刊进行评价,并分析期刊等级的变化趋势,文章建立的期刊评价体系具有有效性和可靠性。[ Purpose/Significance] Journal rank is the authoritative organization recognition of journal quality, and is the reference stand- ard for scholars to publish or read frontier academic achievements. Therefore, the research on change trend of periodical level plays an im- portant role on studying and improving the level of journals. [ Method/Process] To study the changes of level of journal, the article choo- ses set pair analysis method to analyze the structure of evaluation index, in order to overcome the subjective factors that may influence the index weight, the article uses the entropy weight method to analyze the index weights. [ Result/Conclusion] The empirical results show that the overall situation of journals of higher level is good, most is on the rise, but most journals of low level is on the decline. Part of the lower level journals show negative first-order partial degrees but positive second-order partial degrees, and journal change trend is not clear, rising and falling. Finally, using the entropy weight and set pair analysis method the article ranks the journals, and the result is roughly the same compared with that given by authority, as indicates that set pair analysis method can evaluate the journals and analyze the change trend of periodical level. Hence, periodical evaluation system established in the article is of validity and reliability.
