摘  要:通过多道次轧制(两向轧制+单向轧制)制备了高强度TC4钛合金板材,比较分析了多道次轧制和单向轧制的TC4钛合金的室温力学性能和微观组织。结果表明,多道次轧制显著细化了晶粒尺寸,纳米级等轴α相呈弥散分布,平行轧制方向有少量链状及丝状α相;基体β相破碎,微米级β晶粒平行于轧制方向分布,呈现出一定的方向性,亚微米级β晶粒弥散分布。多道次轧制显著提高了TC4钛合金的室温力学性能,降低了其在轧向和横向上的各向异性。High strength TC4 titanium alloy plate was produced successfully by multi-pass warm rolling (two-direction rolling+ single direction rolling). Mechanical properties and microstructure of as-multi- pass rolled and as-unidirection rolled TC4 titanium alloy were analyzed comparatively. The results show that the multi-pass rolling can refine significantly the grain size with dispersed distribution of nanoscale equiaxed a phase, and along the rolling direction, a small amount of the chain and filamentous a phase can be observed. Matrix ~ phase is broken, and micro-size/~ grain is parallel to the rolling direction, showing a certain degree of orientation, with dispersed distribution of the sub-micron-size fl grain. The room temperature mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy were improved significantly after multi- pass rolling. In addition, the anisotropy of mechanical properties is relieved, and the difference in tensile strength and elongation between the rolling direction and transverse direction is decreased greatly.
