摘 要:通过实施"珠粒选择、预先发泡、干燥熟化、模型制作、模型烘干、联接组合、沾涂烘干、组合拆分、干砂振实、负压抽吸、负压浇注、取出清理"等工艺方案,不仅解决了摩擦盘在铸造生产过程中消失模模型的珠粒选择不恰当和模型强度不足、发气量大、变形大所造成的铸件表面存有孔隙及尺寸不合格等问题,而且还解决了摩擦盘铸件模型燃烧不充分、铁水充型不稳定、铁水凝固不均衡、保压时间不足造成的铸件内部形成渣孔、缩松、缩孔等问题。采用变负压消失模工艺方法生产出的摩擦盘产品,品质稳定,工艺出品率高。Through the implementation process of the bead selection, pre-foaming, dry curing, model making, model drying, combined drying, dipping, split, combination of dry sand compaction, negative pressure suction, vacuum casting, clean out, it is not only be solved for the un-rational bead choose of EPC pattern in the process of casting surface friction disc and insufficient strength of particle model, as well as large volume and large deformation caused by the gap size and due to substandard problems such as deformation, but also be solved for slag hole, shrinkage and other problems in the EPC friction disc as a result of incomplete combustion of foam pattern, instability and imbalance of iron liquid filling, iron solidification pressure holding time caused by the lack of internal casting formation. The variable nega- tive pressure EPC process was adopted to produce the friction disc products, which has high quality and high yield.
