摘  要:采用培养皿培育法,检测加拿大一枝黄花内生黑曲霉CHH-S1发酵菌液对4种作物种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,内生黑曲霉的发酵液能降低油菜、油麦菜和芝麻种子的发芽率,不同浓度的菌液可显著抑制4种受体植物籽苗的鲜重、根长和可溶性蛋白含量的增长,并表现出一定的浓度依赖性。油麦菜和芝麻籽苗内可溶性多糖含量受菌液刺激而增高,苋菜和油菜幼苗中的多糖含量则受到明显抑制作用。以上结果表明,加拿大一枝黄花的内生菌具有良好的化感作用。The effects of the fermentation broth of Aspergillus niger CHH-S1 ,an endophytic fungus isolated from the Solidago canadens/s L. ,on the seed germination and seedling growth of four crops were studied by petri dish culture method.The results showed that the broth of endophytic A spergillus niger could reduce the germination rate of rape ,lettuce and sesame seeds ,and different concentrations of the broth could decrease the fresh weight ,root length and the content of soluble protein in four kinds of receptor plants seedlings.The effects were stronger with the broth concentration increased.The content of polysaccharide in the lettuce and sesame seedling were increased by dealing with the broth,and the contents in the leaf lettuce and rape seedlings were just inverse.These results showed that the endophytic fungus CHH-S1 of Solidago canadens/s L. had allelopathic effect on other plants.
