摘　　要：利用高程矢量数据,在Arcgis地理信息系统中建立不规则三角网TIN及数字高程模型DEM,运用DEM进行三维地理信息表达,制作不同类型的专题图,获取相关的信息和数据,满足林业调查规划设计、生态旅游景点开发等生产、经营活动中反映地形地貌以及地面物体的形状和逼真性的需要。文中较为完整地阐述了数字高程模型DEM从数据源准备到建立再到应用的全过程,并着重展示了在林业方面的应用。Using elevation vector data, TIN triangnlated irregnlar network and digital elevation model DEM were established in Arcgis geographic information system.Using DEM 3D geographic information expression, thematic map of different types of access were made to relevant information and data, met the forestry investigation and planning design, ecological tourist attractions development production, reflected the needs of topography and the shapes of ground objects and realistic operating activities.This paper is a complete exposition of the digital elevation model DEM from the data source to the establishment to the whole process of application, and mainly presents the application in forestry.
