摘 要:为了解决云南丘北地区辣椒移栽机核心部件的结构适应性问题,本文基于Solid Works Simulation对现有开沟器的结构进行了有限元分析。结果表明,开沟器的最大应力幅值为251 MPa,超过材料的屈服极限,强度不够;危险截面位于开沟器支撑架与滑刀根部以及支撑架与调节板的结合处。通过对开沟器局部结构的优化,其应力幅值较原结构下降了19.92%,安全系数提高了25.25%,满足了工作安全强度要求;优化后开沟器的模态分析表明,其固有频率均避开了辣椒移栽机工作时的外部激振频率,有效避免了共振的产生。研究结果为云南丘北辣椒移栽的适应性设计提供了技术指导,为机器优化改型提供理论依据。In order to solve the structural adaptability of the core components of the pepper transplanter in Qiubei of Yunnan, this paper analyzed the structure of the existing opener based on SolidWorks Simulation.The results showed that the maximum stress amplitude of the opener was 251 MPa, which exceeded the yield limit of the material and the strength was not enough. The dangerous section was located at the junction of the opener support frame and the slide blade and the support frame and the regulating plate.Through the local structure optimization, the stress amplitude decreased by 19.92% compared with the original structure,the safety factor increased by 25.25% ,met the work safety strength requirements;The modal analysis showed that the natural frequency of the opener was free from the external excitation frequency of the pepper transplanter, which effectively avoided the resonance.The results provide technical guidance for the adaptability design of transplanting pepper in Qiubei of Yunnan ,and provide the theoretical basis for the optimization of the machine.
