摘　　要：目的研究标准预防在手术室预防感染措施中的应用。方法选取2016年1—12月我院收治的手术室患者80例进行回顾性分析,通过实行手术室感染标准预防措施,总结分析感染情况。结果通过标准预防理念,深入至手术室各个工作人员中,并不断进行自我防护,预防手术患者间发生交叉感染。标准预防后手术室发生感染率2.50%,低于标准预防前患者12.5%,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对手术室急诊手术、平诊手术,生化检查表现为阳性,且具有传染性的患者,手术人员要采取标准防护措施,以此避免医院感染发生。Objective To study the application of standard prevention in prevention of infection in operating room. Methods A total of 80 patients in the operating room were retrospectively analyzed from January to December 2016. The infection situation was analyzed by implementing the preventive measures of operating room infection. Results Through the standard prevention concept, going to the operating room of the various staff, and continuing to self-protection, prevention of cross-infection between patients with surgery, after the standard prophylaxis, the infection rate was 2.50%, which was significantly lower than that of the standard prophylaxis 12.5%. The data were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients who show positive biopsy results and suffer infectious diseases during operation, the surgical staff should take standard protective measures, in order to avoid the occurrence ofnosocomial infection.
