骨近端加压锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析骨近端加压锁定钢板(LPHP)与传统钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年3月—2016年10月收治的48例肱骨近端骨折患者作为研究对象,将其分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用传统T型钢板、三叶草钢板治疗治疗;观察组采用锁定加压钢板治疗。结果观察组24例患者中,13例评分为优,9例评分良,2例评分差,优良率为91.67%;对照组24例患者中,6例评分为优,11例评分良,7例评分差,优良率为70.83%。观察组患者治疗优良率高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=14.254,P=0.000)。结论采用LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折较传统钢板治疗具有固定有效、恢复时间短、并发症情况较少等优点,且治疗后对患者日常生活影响较低,治疗优良率较高。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of proximal humerus compression locking plate （LPHP） and conventional plate in the treatment of proximal humerus fracture. Methods 48 cases of proximal humerus fracture were selected from March 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as the study objects. The patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with traditional T plate and clover plate, and the observation group was treated with locking compression plate. Results In the observation group, 24 cases of patients, 13 cases were excellent, 9 cases scored well, 2 cases scored poorly, the excellent and good rate was 91.67%. In the control group, 24 cases of patients, 6 cases score excellent, 11 cases scored well, 7 cases scored poorly, the excellent and good rate was 70.83%. The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the qontrol group, and there was significant difference between the two groups （χ^2=14.254, P=-0.000）. Conclusion The proximal locking compression plate （LPHP） for the treatment of proximal humeral fractures compared with traditional steel plate with fixed effective, shorter recovery time, less complications and other advantages, and the treatment effect on the daily life of the patients with low treatment, excellent rate is high, it is worthy of clinical application.
