摘　　要：目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片对更年期女性高血压患者血压及情绪状态的影响。方法选取我院收治的更年期女性高血压患者98例作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各49例。对照组患者采用缬沙坦结合心理干预治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上,给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗。对比两组患者的血压及情绪状态。结果治疗后,研究组患者的收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片能有效改善更年期女性高血压患者的血压及焦虑、抑郁状态。Objective To discuss the effects of flupentixol and melitracen tablets on blood pressure and emotional state of patients with climacteric female hypertension. Methods 98 cases of patients with climacteric female hypertension were randomly divided into research group and control group, 49 cases in each group. The control group patients were treated with valsartan combined psychological intervention. On this basis, the research group patients were treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets. The blood pressure and emotional state were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the research group patients were notably lower than those of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale score and Hamilton Depression Scale score of the research group were clearly lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The flupentixol and melitracen tablets can availably improvc the blood pressure, anxiety state and depressive state of patients with climacteric female hypertension.
