中医药结合康复、针灸综合疗法治疗脑梗死的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究与分析中医药结合康复、针灸综合疗法治疗脑梗死恢复期或后遗症期的效果。方法选取我院收治的脑梗死恢复期或后遗症期患者120例为研究对象,利用计算机将其随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各60例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用中医药结合康复、针灸综合疗法治疗。观察对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为96.67%(58/60),与对照组80.00%(48/60)相比,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医药结合康复、针灸综合疗法治疗脑梗死恢复期或后遗症期的效果十分显著,且能帮助患者快速恢复肢体运动功能,并提高患者的预后质量。Objective To research and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation, acupuncture therapy in treatment of cerebral infarction convalescence or sequelae effect. Methods 120 patients with cerebral infarction recovery or sequelae in our hospital were selected for the study, the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by computer. There were 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation and acupuncture combined therapy. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in Observation group was 96.67% （58/60）, compared with 80.00% （48/60） in control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation effect of comprehensive acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on cerebral infarction or sequelae is very significant, and can help the patients with rapid recovery of limb motor function, and improve the prognosis of patients.
