自拟益气通脉汤在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟益气通脉汤在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的疗效。方法选取我院收治的80例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按照1∶1的比例,将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组仅采用西药曲美他嗪治疗,观察组在此基础上,联合自拟益气通脉汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 (1)观察组临床总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组患者治疗后血清NT-pro BNP水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组患者治疗后LVEF值及6 min步行距离均高于对照组患者(P均<0.05)。结论自拟益气通脉汤在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的疗效显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of self made Yiqitongmai Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure. Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into control group and observation group according to the proportion of 1：1, The control group was treated with western medicine trimetazidirte, and the observation group was treated with Yiqitongmai Decoction on the basis of this. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results （1） the total efficiency of the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group （P〈0.05）; （2） to observe the level of serum NT-proBNP after treatment was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; （3） LVEF and 6 min values of patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly different walking distance higher than the control group after treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The self made Yiqitongmai Decoction is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.
