螺钉与骨方肌骨瓣移植术配合中药治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效

摘　　要：目的对空心加压螺钉结合股方肌骨瓣移植术配合中医三期辩证治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折疗效分析。方法对有移位的青壮年股骨颈骨折30例,采用切开复位,3枚空心加压螺钉固定,同时行股方肌骨瓣移植,配合中医三期辩证施治,分期应用中药内服。结果经3年的随访观察,术后骨折全部愈合,愈合率为100%,平均愈合时间(8.6±1.3)周。术后患者的总优良率为86.7%。且患者手术后3年的Harris评分均优于手术前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空心加压螺钉结合股方肌骨瓣移植术配合中药分期辩证治疗青壮年股骨颈骨折,操作简单并发症少,术后中期随访髋关节功能良好。Objective To analyze the effect of hollow compression screw and quadratus femoris bone flap grafting combined with three stages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults. Methods Displaced femoral neck fractures in 30 cases, 3 cases were treated with open reduction and cannulated compression screws fixation and quadratus femoris muscle pedicle bone graft, three combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy, traditional Chinese medicine application stage. Results After 3 years of follow-up, all the fractures healed, the healing rate was 100%, and the average healing time was （8.6 ±1.3） weeks. The overall excellent and good rate of the patients was 86.7%. The Harris score of the 3 years after operation was better than that before operation, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conelusion The treatment of femoral neck fracture in young adults with cannulated compression screws and quadratus femoris bone flap combined with Chinese medicine staging is simple, less complications, and the hip function is good after the mid-term follow-up.
