摘  要:为使调度人员能够高效便捷的通过潮流图获取更大地理范围,更多电压等级的电网实时运行状态,同时减少各级调度机构间潮流图的重复绘制,调度自动化系统借鉴了地理信息系统的一些方法,设计了国、分部、省三级调度一体化的多层潮流图。提出电气、地理和区域功率交换3种潮流图绘图风格,对适合于潮流图的特殊浏览方式和各级调度机构协同绘制潮流图的方法进行了说明,论述了潮流图所依赖的文件存储及实现的关键技术。基于上述技术实现的潮流图可以使调度人员通过浏览一幅潮流图即可掌控整个国家电网从特高压到220 k V电压等级的各级电网运行状态。In order to enable dispatchers to obtain greater geographic scope through flow diagram efficiently and conveniently, and acquire power grid real-time operating status at different voltage levels, as while as reducing the repetition of power flow diagram drawing, this paper designs the country, divisions, provincial tertiary integrated dispatching multi-flow diagram.basing on some methods of geographic information systems. Consequently, 3 drawing styles of power flow, electricity, geography and regional power exchange are proposed. Furthermore, methods suitable for power flow diagram of the special way of browsing and all levels of dis-patching agency collaborative drawing flow diagram are described, the key technologies of file storage and realization which power flow diagram depends on are discussed. Based on above technologies, the dispatcher can control the whole state of all power grids from UHV to 220kV voltage levels, just by browsing one grid power flow diagram.
