摘　　要：中国定制家居行业的发展代表了中国家具行业自力更生、自主创新、自成一体的一次成功转型升级。从很多层面和模式上,跳出了传统家具经营模式的套路;无论从经营理念和经营模式,还是从制造技术到销售方式;无论从人才培养与使用还是对供应链的认识与处理,无论从先进的装备还是智能的软件,都走出了一条属于自己的路。定制行业一大批优秀企业的风起云涌,全方位地创新,使经济低迷时节的家居行业,呈现出百花齐放、千帆竞发的繁荣景象,这无疑是家居行业一次历史性的华丽转身,实现着凤凰涅槃。The development of China＇s custom home industry represents a successful transformation and upgrading of the Chinese furniture industry＇s self-reliance, independent innovation and self-integration. From many levels and patterns, jumped out of the traditional furniture business model routine; both from the business philosophy and business model, or from manufacturing technology to sales; both from personnel training and use or understanding of the supply chain and processing, both from the advanced of the equipment or intelligent software, are out of a way of their own. A large number of outstanding enterprises in custom industry are raging like a storm, and come to innovation in all aspects, so that the household industry in the economic downturn showing a flourishing, thousands of sails competing prosperity scene, which is undoubtedly a historic turn of the household industry, to achieve the nirvana of Phoenix.
