摘 要:中庭在现代建筑中不仅起着起着沟通室内空间和室外环境的缓冲作用,它同时也在建筑空间设计和建筑节能设计中占据着举足轻重的位置。据研究,在我国大空间建筑面积占全国建筑总面积的5%但能耗却占全国20%。而在各类建筑中,空调能耗又占60%左右。因此,引用自然通风改善空间品质,降低建筑能耗,更具有现实意义。本文通过对厦门当地中庭建筑进行调查研究,归纳和分析中庭内在通风的影响因素。从中庭形式和中庭面积占有率,剖面空间形态,底层空间形态,顶层空间形态等几个方面,分析影响建筑中庭自然通风设计的主要因素。Atrium in modern architecture not only plays a buffer role of indoor space and outdoor environment, but also occupies a pivotal position in the design of architectural space and building energy efficiency design. According to the study, in China's large space construction area accounts for 5% of the total construction area of the country, but the energy consumption accounted for the national total of 20%. In all types of buildings, air conditioning energy consumption accounts for about 60%. Therefore, using of natural ventilation to improve the quality of space and reduce building energy consumption has a practical significance. Based on the investigation and analysis of the local atrium buildings in Xiamen, this paper sums up and analyzes the influencing factors of the ventilation. This paper analyzes the main factors influencing the ventilation design of atrium from the aspects of the form of atrium, the occupancy rate of the atrium area, the space form of the bottom, the space shape of the section and the space form of the top floor.
