摘　　要："互联网+"时代网络文学层出不穷,在技术和传播手段不断提升的当下,网络文学作为一种IP资源,发挥着越来越重要的作用,IP现象折射出我国网络文学的生存现实及存在的问题,影视剧改编不应该过于依赖网络文学,文学价值是网络文学最终的归属地。The Net literature is diversified in the time of ＂Intemet ＋ ＂, which has played an increasing role in the IP sources with the improvement of the techniques and spreading ways. IP reflects the reality and problems of Net literature in China, on which the films and TV programs should not depend much more because the literature value is the ultimate purpose of the Net literature.
