摘 要:研究了GH-9油井水泥缓凝剂对水泥浆的稠化时间、流变性能和水泥石抗压强度的影响,通过XRD、SEM、能谱分析,研究缓凝剂的缓凝机理。结果表明:GH-9缓凝剂与降失水剂和早强剂复掺时,掺量仅0.2%即可达到延长稠化时间60 min以上的缓凝效果,并且水泥浆稠化曲线形态良好、呈直角稠化、过渡时间短、初始稠度低、掺量与稠化时间呈线性关系,不会对水泥石的后期抗压强度发展产生不利影响,在单掺掺量超过1%时具有很好的分散效果。通过物相分析和显微结构分析,加入缓凝剂后在水泥水化初期对于水化产物C-S-H凝胶抑制作用不明显,但是能有效地抑制Ca(OH)2晶体的形成和生长,从而延缓水泥水化诱导期,使稠化时间延长。The effects of GH-9 oil well cement retarder on the thickening time,rheological property and compressive strength of cement paste were studied. Through XRD,SEM,energy spectrum analysis and other methods to explore the retarding mechanism of the retarder. The results showed that when mix with the fluid loss additive and early strength agent,only 0.2% content of GH-9 can reach retarding effect with extension thickening time over 60 rain. The thickening curve of cement slurry is good in shape with right angle thickening,short transition time and low initial consistency. The mixing amount and thickening time is linear. It will not adversely affect the development of the later compressive strength of cement stone. It has a very good dispersion effect in the mixing amount of more than 1%. By phase analysis and microstructure analysis,in the initial stage of cement hydration,the inhibi- tion effect of C-S-H gel on hydration products is not obvious. But it can effectively inhibit the formation and growth of Ca(OH)2 crystal,so as to delay the induction period of cement hydration,and prolong the time of thickening.
