摘　　要：以环烷油为基础油,通过对不同乳化剂组合、不同的HLB值、稀释比例等对脱模剂工艺进行调整,研制了一种水性混凝土脱模剂。该脱模剂的最佳工艺配方为:基础油为环烷油,乳化剂组合为S-80/PEG800-MO,HLB值为9.5,乳化剂用量为6%。试验结果表明,该脱模剂的稳定性、成膜时间、脱模效果较为理想。On the basis of naphthenic oil,using different combination of emulsifiers, HLB values,dilution ratio to adjust the release agent technology, which can develop a water-soluble concrete release agent. The optimum technical formula is that the base oil is uaphthenic oil,Emulsifier combination is S-80/PE GSOO-MO,HLB value is 9.5,and the amount of emulsifier is 6%. The re- suits showed that release agent has excellent performance on the stability,film time,and demolding effect.
