摘  要:为了优化合肥某污水处理厂的污泥药剂改性+厢式压滤脱水工艺,降低运行成本,通过生产性试验,考察了压榨压力、药剂种类和投加量、进泥浓度等因素对污泥脱水效果的影响。结果表明,使该厂污泥压滤后含水率达到55%的最佳药耗为3%的Fe Cl_3+25%的Ca(OH)_2(药剂投加量以干泥计),此时药剂成本为53元/t(以含水率为80%的污泥计);使污泥压滤后含水率达到60%的最佳药耗为3%的Fe Cl_3+20%的Ca(OH)_2,此时药剂成本为46元/t。与无机絮凝剂调理相比,采用有机絮凝剂调理时,压滤机单位过滤面积的污泥产量更大,但泥饼含水率及药剂成本更高。另外,在有机絮凝剂调理前,适当降低原泥含水率,有利于提高进料速度、缩短运行周期、提高厢式压滤机的污泥产量。The impacts of different factors, including squeeze pressure, chemical type, chemical dosage and sludge concentration, on the sludge dewatering were analyzed based on a production test, in order to optimize the sludge conditioning and chamber filter press technology and reduce operating cost in a sewage treatment plant in Hefei. The results showed that the optimized dosage needed to reach 55% moisture content was 3% FeCl3 and 25% Ca(OH)2, and the cost was 53 yuan per ton. The optimal dos- age required to reach 60% moisture content was 3% FeCl3 and 20% Ca( OH)2, and the cost was 46 yuan per ton. Comparison between the effects of organic and inorganic conditioners revealed that when u- sing the former conditioner, the sludge production per unit filtration area was greater than the latter; how- ever, the latter conditioner produced lower moisture content and was more cost effective. It could improve the feed rate, shorten the operating cycle, and increase the production of the filter press by increasing the original sludge concentration before adding the organic conditioner.
